Designed for an accomplished business owner with a passion for travel, this beautiful pied-à-terre is located in the heart of New York City. Having worked with Jerad on her Baton Rouge home, she entrusted him with this classic yet modern retreat.
Traditional and contemporary finishes blend throughout, with textured walls, warm brass fixtures, and layered artwork and patterns adding depth and movement. Wallpaper plays a starring role, from an art-deco inspired design in the guest room to mood-setting prints in the foyer.
The living interior offers a serene escape with neutral furnishings, while the bedroom stuns with a gold accent wall and bold artwork. Dynamic, sophisticated, and endlessly inviting, this is a city sanctuary made for stylish living.
