A Collector’s Vision

With an eye for exquisite details, our longtime clients, successful entrepreneurs, entrusted Jerad with their deeply personal vision for home. With Parisian townhouses and Gothic architecture as his muse, Jerad crafted a home reminiscent of the great estates they have experienced and loved during their travels around the world.

The foyer, adorned with a striking groin vault ceiling, captures a sense of permanence and historical reverence. Visual Comfort lanterns mimic the warm ambiance of an English estate, paying homage to one of our clients’ beloved destinations, Highclere Castle.

The custom-designed library is another standout feature of this residence, celebrating our clients’ passions for art, interior design, and literature. Rich red walls envelop the space, while walnut woodwork and arched windows bathe the room in warmth and natural light. Within this bespoke sanctuary, an eclectic array of vintage fixtures, vibrant area rugs, and striking upholstery engages the senses. The pièce de résistance in this room is undoubtedly the William Kent library table, a masterful creation by Jonathan Charles.

Made possible by our 30-year relationship with these clients, we featured and complemented their vast collection of art, furniture, and accessories. Vintage clock sets, acquired by the client’s father-in-law, emit gentle ticking melodies that resonate through the halls, immersing them in a spirit of grounding heritage and joyful nostalgia.
